Marco and Xandra’s winter wedding was a beautiful mix of contrasts, playful yet moody, elegant yet full of personality. They exchanged vows at Volmoed, a Christian retreat in the Hemel & Aarde Valley, before celebrating at Wildekrans Wine Estate, where dark gothic tones met whimsical Lego-inspired details. Every corner of the reception reflected their creativity and sense of fun, from the carefully crafted décor to the striking colour palette. We were blessed with flowering fields of canola, where the bold yellow blooms added a surreal burst of colour against the winter sky, the perfect backdrop for a couple unafraid to do things their own way.
